"I went to the restaurant for an early dinner with my children on Saturday evening. The staff at the front desk had attitude and where very unfriendly. No smile, no welcome, just a surly glare and we were told to sit wait whilst they prepared a table. Note, the restaurant was almost empty.We sat for nearly minutes and no one came over. This was for a birthday celebration, which was mentioned in the original reservation, though no mention was made at the restaurant. That’s fine as it wasn’t expected, just a little disappointing

Food wasn’t great, waiter kept mishearing it’s forgetting about out items, had to wait for a table though we had it booked, their kitchen supposedly wasn’t getting orders out in time, meanwhile they restaurant wasn’t even half full. Had to wait for food for way too long and when it arrived it was Macdonald level
