"This location has become poor in their overall service. I walked in around 1030. About four cars in drive thur, no one in dining room, and one car in curbside. I go to the bathroom first and it is in bad shape. Tp holder broke, paper all over the floor, andeverything could use a wiping off. As I fill me drink, the lady who took my order delivers food to curbside. I find a sit andhave to go grab a wipe to clean the table with. I always find the staff at the drive-thru to be friendly every Saturday morning. It's great that I can order anything I want, not just breakfast foods. I'm happy that Whataburger is located in Texas. Their food is delicious!

I recently visited Whataburger and had a great experience. I ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger around 1am and was very impressed with the quality of the food. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the cashier and order taker made sure my order was perfect. The cook who made my burger on December 1st at 12:55am did an excellent job, as the burger was delicious. I appreciated the great customer service and I will definitely be returning in the future. Kudos to the staff working that night, they deserve a raise from Whataburger corporation. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience!

Disappointing! The service at this restaurant at night is absolutely terrible. My wife and I were the only patrons inside and, despite our order being taken quickly, the service fell apart from there. After waiting 20 minutes for our food, we finally had to ask for help at the counter to receive it. Despite the drive-thru not being busy, our order seemed to be forgotten. Instead of keeping track of our order, our cashier helped herself to some fries and ate them with another employee on break.
