"I am SO mixed up as to how to rate this review. I made reservations for 11:00 AM to which I received 3, yes 3, confirmations. However, when I arrived to have lunch before a 12:35 movie, our two cars were the only ones in the parking lot. Red flag 1. All the doors were locked. Red flag 2. No one answered the phone. Red flag 3. We went back to sit in the car and looked it up on the website. It said the restaurant opened at 11:30. We figured OK we can chat now, still have time to eat and make it to the movie on time. At 11:30 we followed a deliver man into the Zafiro’s, but was told by the only visible worker that the restaurant didn’t open that day until 12:00 that left us concerned. Luckily...

Our server was fabulous. She was friendly and was timely with drinks and asking to take our order. She also was helpful with friendly check ins but wasn't intrusive. We had a great dinner experience.

My daughter and three of her friends had a fantastic time celebrating her 14th birthday here before going to see a movie. Our server was exceptional, engaging the girls in conversation about anime and music, making their day.
