"First of all I really like some of their sandwiches and the prices I think are still pretty good. The problem with the store lies in its service and the training of its staff. Often when you do a carryout order they are misspelled they'll give you the wrong sandwich or they're various items missing and while they do make an effort to fix these things if you don't check your order and you drive all the way home you're faced with a dilemma.Secondly I have the Panera app and I have some Paneta gift cards stored on the Panera app; I tried to use one of them but, there appears to be no way that you can access the pin number in order to use the gift card. Now it may be possible but no one at this Panera store knew how to do it which doesn't indicate that they're well trained. That or the app is in dire need of an update. You would also think that the Panera app would store a barcode that they could scan at the register. No! in fact they have to type in the number manually and those numbers are rather small there's no way to enlarge them using the app frankly it's ridiculous.A few easy fixes and this could be a much better place."

"My friend and I had the most wonderful experience in Anderson tonight. We had the waiter who worked the bar on Mondays, and he did perfect tonight, as well as the back of the house staff. My vein was perfectly cooked, my friend never had an empty glass, and he was an amazing interlocutor as well as attentive. Tonight was a very special anniversary, and his zeal to make this evening perfect was appreciated. Very recommended on Monday!"

"Awful customer service!!!I was there exactly at opening and first and only lunch take out customer for the 15-20 minute waitI had two orders that I requested be bagged separatelyTurkey Reuben Rachel) with potato salad) and Reuben w/Mac cheese)Cleaning seemed to be the most important thing at the time!Then the person making the sandwiches just threw it to the tray on the counter one landed off the tray) and did the same with the sides one landed upside down)Then BOTH were bagged togetherThen I mentioned separate orders and she re-bagged themI dropped one to my family member and then drove home 9 miles away) to find out they had bagged the order wrong we both had the wrong sandwiches) so I drove back to exchange sandwichesAs for the food: the Reuben had zero sauerkraut and Rachel very little!The food prep lady certainly displayed a lack of caring!The counter lady showed about the same lack of customer care and service!07/07/2023$25.9810.31am"
