"We’ve been staying at the Gage Hotel at least once a year for the past 5 years. We look forward to eating at the 12 Gage every time. Adrian, the manager works incredibly hard to make the atmosphere and the food memorable and enjoyable. A shout-out to Chef Adam for the best grilled shrimp we’ve eaten in a long time. So delighted to find this oasis in the middle of West Texas."

You guys need to check it out. The menu is generally seasonal. It's a great dining experience from dinner parties to date nights. You never know who you'll run into. The dining experience is next level and you do not feel like you're in west Texas. Try one thing or try them all. Everything on their menu is a home run!
