"Mother's Day arrived at H.R. with a power outage, but 3 Rivers was lucky enough to have generator power to keep most of the menu available. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, the restaurant handled the situation well. The food was delicious and arrived quickly. Our server seemed new and overwhelmed at times, but everything worked out in the end. However, the hostess/owner at the desk was the standout. She had to inform each table about the situation, including ours. Despite my impatience, she handled it with a smile and genuine effort to make everyone happy. Thank you for caring about my Mother's Day experience. Your dedication and kindness made the day a lot more special. Dee Rodgers."
