"Hello, As we are trying to reach out to the large area doing our reviews. We have lived in the area for 23 years and never have heard or been to you restaurant, until we came across your location on OT. We arrived for lunch right 2:30 and greeted by a really charming man named Bryan. Beautiful view, but when presented with the menu because immediately I looked again at my OT app. Bryan told us NOW lunch is only served on weekends, sorry that happened, now I was not able to taste the tortellini, not at 22.00 for lunch when on your menu for 14.00 for lunch. Food was great. Service was poor...however it was automatic gratuity which may explain lack of accountability and apathy. Also there was A cold blast of air every couple minutes as the door would open. Much better in warmer months.

fatuccine de mar was great. a little creepy, to have to take off the garnel tails. friend hand lamb and said she was very satisfied with the taste and generous amount. had the huh piccata and loved that before. beautiful and inexpensive flake wein. good for a special dinner.

We were warmly greeted and taken to our table that we requested. The server Brian was very nice and helpful. The food was a little disappointing for the first time ever. We went to an early dinner 5pm) and my husband ordered the Prime Rib medium rare special of the night). When our food came out our waiter Brian let us know that it was the last piece of Prime Rib and they were out and that it was not medium rare it was well done). At this point my husband accepted the dinner because we had plans after and didn't have time to order something that cooked to his liking we also wanted to eat at the same time). Very disappointed that the chef did not let our server know when he pulled our dinner...

"The best thing I can say about this place from the one experience I've had is that they have a wide selection of rolls, they have a very convenient location, and their ginger is white, indicating a lack of artificial coloring. Unfortunately, my praise stops there. We ordered a Green River roll, chirashi, and miso. The Green River roll comes with avocado on top. The avocado was nasty. Pro tip: if there are black spots in your avocado, you don't have any avocado and should either get more or let your customers know you're out of it. Thankfully, I had my own avocado that I ate with the roll when I got home. The miso was still pretty warm when we arrived to pick all the food up. This would have been good, except it was in the same bag as the sushi. It was sitting on top of the sushi, separated only by a couple of napkins, and all of it was sitting out on a warmish/room temperature table, which means the sushi was not kept cold. We don't know how long it sat out, and it concerned us enough that we ended up cooking the chirashi at home to make sure it was safe. The miso had like 2 little shreds of green onion, 1 little bitty shred of seaweed, and like 5 tiny tofu cubes in 8 oz of broth (yes, I measured it). Overall we were disappointed and probably won't bother going back.Dietary restrictions: They left the tamago (egg) off the chirashi as requested, indicating they're at least a little flexible, which we appreciated."

"We hadn't visited this restaurant in a while, but it was reassuring to find that the food was still delicious, even though the portions seemed a bit smaller (and prices higher, as is common in most places). Our youngest child really enjoyed his grilled cheese sandwich, while my husband thoroughly enjoyed his burger. He was a bit disappointed with the small serving of tater tots. I tried a raspberry lemonade first and then a huckleberry one. The raspberry was good, but the huckleberry was too sweet for my liking. The staff were attentive and friendly, quickly refilling my drink before I had even finished it. I remember there used to be hanging plants by the entryway - did they remove them? This location is a favorite of ours because it is within walking distance of other dessert spots or donut shops for a morning treat."

"This place used to be really good when it first opened but now has gotten really bad. I just received a salad that STUNK like old rotten lettuce and the tomatoes and corn were clearly spoiled. The corn was shriveled. Is a spoiled salad not considered a health violation? The waffle fries were clearly cooked in old oil and were extremely crunchy. The onion rings used to be my favorite and you get half the amount you used to (my order just have 4 in it). Burgers are meh, but used to be delicious. I would never let food of that quality leave my restaurant. The salad was unsafe to eat and we had to throw the whole thing away. For a $12-$14 salad? No thanks. Disappointing how places are only good for a couple months before they go downhill all due to laziness and lack of pride in their work."

"Food was amazing. I was skeptical of the roc. I have my reasons. I was blown away of the well cooked pizza and the wings. The brown sugar cheese bread blew my mind. Well put together flavors with the dips. Now. The hostess sat us down at a filthy table. Meanwhile all I hear is servers and tik toking and sitting to my right. It didnt seem like time was being managed properly being that we were sat at a dirty wet table in their view. I could hear everything they were saying. So that's my review and I'm being brutally honest here because it was my friend's birthday and I didn't want to be that guy that night. $250 bill and the server was so tiny we had to wipe the rest of the table because she couldn't reach it. She tried and helped the beginning of our experience to be better than it started. Thank you. Hope this information helps management because management definitely knew who I was. Lol"
