"the chili verde sushi roll is probably the best sushi vegan option in amarillo. it's so good! my favorite entree is probably the hot and spicy with tofu. it is a baptism of difference sweet and tofu with spicy chili garlauch paste and rice. the spicy edamame and fried tofu are really good starters. they can get the “orange chicken” dish with tofu and this is also really good! whatever dish they order just say they want it vegan and they will join them."

over land we found this hidden gem. looks like a hole in the wall, but it was great. the sweet waitress helped me find a vegan dish after my taste. great discovery!

I was sure the veggie tempura has no milk or ice. it was great! edamame is also good. I have the spicy version, but it can have fish sauce in the season. do I even have to mention steamed rice?

Stopped here on the way to Santa Fe along I40. Spicy basil stirfry and pad thai were both very good. So good we stopped on our way back...green curry was exceptional. The very spicy level is nice, but nothing to make you sweat. Service is simple, but friendly...I almost want to say kind. Best find in Amarillo so far. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
