"Our reservation was at 7. We were seated at 8, server didnât come till 8:30, ordered beer 3 times, never came, ordered sushi, never came, wrong hibachi order for the kids, chef started about 9:15, left with an almost 300 bill for 6 at 10:30pm. They had servers and chefs call off that morning and this was never communicated when we arrived. Had we had known, we wouldnât have stayed. The later reservations all left. Our 7pm reservation table was the last one left in the restaurant. Our chef was kind, but definitely overworked and tired. We went for the birthday experience and got nothing. Communication and better management would have saved this from a 1 star review."

our server was new and had no warning what she did. we sat at 5:35, got water at 6;00, ordered at 6:30, got salat at 7:00, chef came at 7:58. two tables, after we got her to eat, ate and went before we did. it was the worse service ever.

Seevice was horrible w reservations it took 1 1 2 hrs to be seated. Then it took a other 1 2 hr for the Chef to arrive. Chicken was in the dry side. Clearly they need more cooks waitresses. Carpet needs replacing. Would not recommend ð
