"There are 3-4 vegan menu items at Birdsall House and they offer to customize the others to be vegan. We all got the veggie gyros made with seitan and they were really tasty. There’s a nice garden seating area that’s perfect on a nice day or you can sit inside the pub atmosphere. I’ll probably stop back in again next time we are in the area."

There were no other options available at the restaurant and unfortunately, they had run out of the gyro dish.

The seitan gyro was delicious! The texture was not exactly what I was expecting, more like a meatball or falafel consistency. However, the flavor of the "meat" was great. The fries were perfectly crisp and came with house-made ketchup and mustard. The outdoor seating area was ideal for a sunny early fall day.
