"Wonderful restaurant! The fried oysters and blueberry fields salad are fantastic and worth the trip alone. Outside of that I am a huge fan of their Pittsburgh cheesesteak. The owner is also almost always on the floor and you can tell how much he cares. Really creates a different vibe and a welcoming environment."

By far the BEST gumbo in town, now that Acadiana and Louisiana Kitchen have closed. Can't wait to go back and try their award winning Fried Chicken on Mondays. Good menu selections for vegans and gluten sensitives too.

I really love this restaurant. It is a cut above the other restaurants on upper Connecticut Avenue. I have tried many of their delicious dishes and enjoy having a meal here after seeing a movie at the Avalon. To me it is the perfect combination.

Excellent service. Fair prices. We went on a Sunday evening without reservations. It seems they are currently serving a limited menu. The food is an eclectic blend of American and European (northern and southern) and is very well prepared and presented in an upscale casual fashion. Well worth a revisit.
