Sitting in the garden of Boon, drinking a glass of local wine and listening to the band next door was pure bliss. The best salad was fresh and delicious, like the Polnta Lasagne. The aromas were completely on point and the car tasted as if it had been picked 10 minutes before. Ideal for vegetarians, good for vegans. While they have a vegan bowl, my guess is that they like to accommodate where possible, veganize other options.

The vegan ducks were either a Beyond Meat Burger or a herbal tea green broth bowl with vegetables and beans. Since I can get an Beyond Meat Burger everywhere, I decided to try the broth.
