"Wow. Would be leaving a 0 star if possible. I will start by saying I am not usually one to leave a review, especially a negative one, but this experience was SO terrible I had to warn all of you. DON‘T waste your time or money at this atrocious business. Their customer service is dismal, their equipment is poor and breaks constantly. Don’t expect to have a lane ready for you no matter what is promised to you beforehand, and even if you are lucky enough to get a lane, chances are your going to be waiting for them to fix your broken lane while your time ticks down. Our Club has had bowling night for 35 people at The Back Bowl for the past 2 years and we couldn't be happier. Joe is very accommodating to work with to plan and set up the event, selecting food, drinks, etc. Our bowling night was great! The food was delicious, service was excellent, and bowling was great fun for all. I highly recommend The Back Bowl!

Worst bowling bowl experience ever, staff was friendly and nice but the tracks are old and they break up every ten to fifteen minutes, we told them and they fixed it but after a few hits like after fife minutes the balls all get stuck and then we again told them but its really not how its supposed to go “.we asked for a refund and they were talking us out of it and we didnt get it back
