"Not the best experience. We’ve been here twice and there was always something wrong with our lane. We waited for too long for it to be fixed and just got annoyed by waiting while everyone else was bowling normally. We asked for refund because it was totally unfair and of course we got it only for shoes (not surprised at all). It would be okay if they just gave us other lane which they didn’t but instead their attitude about situation was a problem. Not sure if we’ll be coming back here. Additionally, I know it’s hard to work in hospitality but if you don’t know how to do it or you’re just too lazy to put a smile on your face and handle any situation professionally, then don’t do it."

If you want to have to ask someone to fix your lane every frame you should come here! I honestly feel bad for the employees because they have to fix lanes so often. The owner obviously doesn’t care about how the place is run

Worst bowling bowl experience ever, staff was friendly and nice but the tracks are old and they break up every ten to fifteen minutes, we told them and they fixed it but after a few hits like after fife minutes the balls all get stuck and then we again told them but its really not how its supposed to go “.we asked for a refund and they were talking us out of it and we didnt get it back
