"Flat out disappointed. This place has a lot of potential, but nothing really note worthy to recommend it. I visited here on a Wednesday evening w/three colleagues. I had Blackened Swordfish which in of itself was very good. However, it was smothered in a sauce that was like a tomato bisque and over powering of the fish. I understand balancing flavors, but this sauce ruined the natural flavor of the blackened swordfish. One of my colleagues had the Cobb Salad, but it was more of a piecemeal Chef Salad. Our server on the upside was good, but again nothing noteworthy. Overall, given the opportunity, I would walk past here and try one of the numerous other options in this part of town."

The deep fried cheese curds were very oily, hence temperature was lower than required for the batter, I did not finished it and I'm a food lover. The service was great, barman told me the history of the place, suggested a local beer that was indeed really good and another fella (Mgr or owner) joined us and he was a really nice bloke to talk with. Prices were low/med matching the overall score.

Stopped by Saturday for Brunch, we were instantly greeted by a guy who seated us immediately and shared some jocularity. Our server was taking our drink order pretty quickly and we were served the best **** Mary's we ever had, served with a beer chaser come to find out they called it a side car) we had a great experience and highly recommend to everyone. Thanks for the great hospitality! Jon, Josie and Casey Saussaman Summerdale Pennsylvania

"let me start from the moment I arrived, until the moment I went, I was treated so well by all the staff. this place has a deep feeling, and that was an experience you can get nowhere else. the host who took our beverage order donna was so incredibly friendly and up to the earth, it felt like making a new girlfriend. the waitress we had (I can't remember her names, but she had dark hair and a fan to make sure she wasn't heated over while serving that I thought was an incredible idea) was exceptional at point and friendly. she made sure we took care of every moment when she noticed something was running low on our table. we were so comfortable with her, we could talk about everything! she was amazing! they start at the bar where they can order a drink and plan their order. Once they have ordered their food, they close their tab at the bar and then they are moved to their edible for their meal. they get a radishes board that includes sweet, pickel, olive and paprika. it was a delicious start and is free with its meal along with brot and salat. my coworker and I ordered both a rib eye. we shared a side of creamy spinat and sparing (the side orders are more than enough to share I did not want my steak rare or medium rare, but in between, and the boil nailed it. the outside of my steaks was perfectly presumed with a delicious crust. the au jus was a bit salty for my pleasure, but it has improved the taste of the steaks. my steak was perfectly boiled where it melted in the mouth with little wall on chew. I almost cried, that was good. I was so incredibly impressed by all the experience, I will be more than happy to make sure that I have this restaurant every time I have to say to wisconsin (I am from ohio but travel to wi for the work the only thing I have to tell the owners are: bravo"
