"The reason I give 5 stars is the EXCELLENT customer service that was received from autumn. Very professional, attentive, friendly on the table service game. The fall offered the best service I ever had in a BWW. Great knowledge of the menu from drinks to food. It was always a step ahead. I didn't have to ask for extra napkins or remove dishes from the table. It's been about 30 years since I was a waitress, but I remember when your drink comes to a certain level, it should be refilled. The fall was there. Even with drinks from the bar, the fall asked before I'm finished. I really appreciate the job well done will definitely ask again for autumn of course! KUDOS! Keep the great work, smile le...

The restaurant and the toilets were clean. The parking lot was full, but there weren't many people inside. There's an outside area. They carried out social distancing, people sat at any other stand or table. The staff had facial features. My honey had Desert Heat wings, I had Chipotle Bbq wings recommended by our waiter named Toland. He had excellent customer service. We had him before and he was great. We also observed that he treated the other tables he was waiting for. Great customer service always makes your food taste better. Thank you. Toland for your great customer service! We'll be back.
