"This restaurant is a true hidden gem in the neighborhood! I have been a loyal customer for years and can't believe I haven't written a review before. If I could rate them more than 5 stars, I definitely would (and that's saying something). This unassuming spot serves some of the best Italian cuisine in Queens. I'm sad to hear they are moving to Floral Park because the original location is so convenient for me. I appreciate the consistently delicious food they serve. I have never had a bad meal here, everything on the menu is fantastic. Cara Mia finally invested in their environment and did a great job. However, their food was not up to par!! The Cara Mia Shrimp was supposed to be creamy and instead was watery as were the baked clams. The waiters were busy, but where is Service 101! The waiter never checked once : How is meal? Can i get you anything ? until we finally flagged him down to get the check!! Hence, a $160 meal for three yes drinks were seperate) leaves room for improvement. Hopefully, they read the reviews and learn from critiques and improve.

I thought everything at this restaurant was excellent. The food was fresh and the prices were reasonable considering the large portions. They also offer wine in carafes at good prices. Our server Denise was amazing - she had a great personality, was very knowledgeable, and efficient. We visited on a busy Sunday night and made a reservation a day before. Everyone at our table loved their entrees, including chicken francaise, shrimp fra diavolo, chicken sweet melissa, chicken Parmesan, manicotti, and chicken saltimbocca. The appetizers were also excellent. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

This restaurant is amazing! I've dined here quite a few times when I was younger. At that time, yelp wasn't really a thing but now that it is, I felt it was worthy of a review. Came to celebrate my cousins Birthday. I love the vibe, it's clean and comfortable. The staff is attentive and friendly. I especially love that you never have to ask for a refill on water. Another great point is they don't rush you and space out the appetizers and meals. There is nothing worse than being rushed when you are coming to enjoy a meal. The menu has something for everyone.
