"Great customer service and very helpful. I asked for a hot tea to be cold/cooked and they were able to work it and were honest that it needed an extra minute or two to then make ice for me. Even after that, I forgot to mention the kind of milk I want, but she did it for me and asked. I appreciate that because I often forget to tell them what milk I want. The two workers who helped me were also very polite. Best airport coffee service I've ever had!"

Given that this is a Caribou airport, I was very impressed by their service. The line was long and fast moving. The staff did a good job to take orders and pick up drinks in time. Very appreciate when you have to come to a plane!

This staff manages so many people at 5 a.m. with travellers who want to come sooner than they want, and before their morning coffee – and they make it with a smile. Shouts to the baristas in the registers with their warm smile and courtesy to make sure everyone gets his orders!
