All other Caribous, BTW, do give this service, but this one?s manager, however, wants it different. That?s a bad customer service. For 1, lack of understanding in coffee drinking-habits; And 2, unwillingness to satisfy your customers? needs, hence, losing their trust in you, for giving them your best service. You lost me as a customer and you lost my recommendation on you."
