Beautiful evening celebrating my friend’s birthday...all was great until my steak arrived. If you are going to sell a steak for high dollar, you should make sure that the QUALITY stands up to the price...and people are asked how they prefer it cooked for a reason...if I order MEDIUM WELL, I don’t expect a cold red center and so many veins I had trouble even cutting it. Come on you guys...you can do better!
