Of course, the Maitre...d' was a little upset that we were just a group of three. not good for both parties. we had dinners and main courses, everything else. the appetizers were bruschetta: not well seasoned, very bland. carpaccio classico: not olive oil, but balsamico vinegar with a small hauch parmesan. very disappointing and vitello tonnato: served under seasoned and inconspicuous. our main course was: pollo al gorgonzola: the three small pieces of chicken were extremely dry and stringy. the G...

We visited De Sergio with business colleagues that run a company in Aurich. Which means it was recommended by the locals. The pizza was tasty, the service was good. I can recommend this place. Enjoy!

visited this place with my friend because we have heard that this good Italian cuisine restaurant. both of us have ordered a lasagne. we got very inconspicuous dish that had a suppen consistency with undefined layer-Lasagne-type piece in this suppe. that could be good, but between pasta leaves. were not flesh, but only washes. for the desert I took chocolate fondant with ice, very good and tasty. my friend wanted tiramisu, first they said they didn't have one, then in a time they said they had now, taste was good, but it was obvious that most tiramisu was assembled shortly before they served my friend, because tiramisu must rest for a few hours before serving.

"We went to this restaurant shortly after it opened a few years ago and were not impressed with the cold service and mediocre food. We tried again, a number of months later and had the same experience. Recently we decided to give it another chance,...thinking that over time comes experience and maybe, just maybe, things had improved. Things had indeed improved. We were very much impressed with the friendly service totally opposite to the last two times some years ago. The ambiance is sensational given the various styles this local has. When you come through the front door the layout has the feel of a Bavarian restaurant with its wooden pick-nick style chairs and tables. As you proceed through the next door you find yourself in a very comfortable, cozy area with stylish tables and chairs. Further into the restaurant you find yourself in the bar area which is very modern and, well, beautiful. This restaurant has its own brewery which is definitely a big plus point. The food was not so impressive, however. We had the schnitzel with a mushroom sauce with potato wedges. We asked if they used ready made sauces and were assured that everything is freshly made and it was. The mushroom sauces was very good. The problem is that they doused the schnitzel with the sauce which made the breading soft and unappetizing. The taste of the breading was as if they had fried the schnitzel in old oil. It left a peculiar after-taste. The potato wedges were excellent. We saw the server laying down plates with burgers at another table and boy-oh-boy did they look delicious. Our server told us that they even make their own pasta. So, this means we'll be trying this restaurant again. If ever we order the schnitzel again we'll be sure to ask them to put the sauce on the side and ask that they make sure that the oil is fresh but I think we'll try their other offers first."
