"I had a reservation here but it was completely closed for a wedding with no notification to me in advance. They were willing to serve dinner in the lobby that was ill-suited to dining and was not the experience I was expecting or wanted. Also, no one at the Ritz or the restaurant seemed particularly bothered by our frustration or willing to do anything about it. Very disappointing."
