"When we arrived, the hostess sat at the table, and when we asked if we could have a stand, she was noticeably upset and said that she would need a few minutes to clean it. After cleaning a booth near the entrance, she went to the back of the restaurant where there were five booths open and ready for use and sat in a place. At that time, our experience at Applebee became much more beautiful, our waiter was very pleasant and efficient and the food was good."
