"Our waitress Susan was amazing! The gen z waitress (I didn't get her name) that accused our friend of being a drunk when we were celebrating his birthday and our anniversary ruined the evening. The comments made were unprofessional, rude and made as we were putting coats on to leave. We won't be back to be treated in that way. Very sad ending to an otherwise great night. I'm still dumbfounded how someone could treat customers in this manner and be in a customer service industry."

Greeter at the door was extremely rude, sat us in a corner by the back door, asked for another spot. She was horrible. Waitress was nice. The food was good. To bad the first impression was a real horrible.

So friendly! There was an hour wait (Sat night) and they were great trying to move folks through. We decided to just do drinks in the bar and had a fabulous drink I never had before. I think they called it a green chili margarita (ask Erin the Manager or Suzy behind the bar to make you one--they were awesome)!

Visited for the first time on April 1st on our way thru town. Was very pleased with food. I had the Potato Skins loaded and they melted in my mouth. Such a large order that I took 2 home and stuck them in my freezer. Just took them out today and reheated and they tasted just as good the second time. Plan to be sure and make a stop anytime in the Prineville area.Ray PGrants Pass

"I LOVE this adorable little 50 's rock 'n ' roll styled cafe! Luckily, it was the very first place that popped up during a quick search on Google for delicious breakfast in Prineville. First off, it 's tiny. Like super small and cozy. There couldn 't have been more than 6 places to sit and not much room for large groups (although a party of 10 did saunter in and were happily accommodated). We were served coffee right away. It was weaker than I hoped but I usually don 't walk into a small restaurant like this and expect Starbucks Reserve. So it was fine. My husband bellied up to Sue 's Cafe Breakfast (choice of bacon or sausage, 2 eggs, hash browns and toast, $10.75). I chose Chicken Fried Steak (served with gravy, hash browns, two eggs and toast, $9.75). We were impressed! He got 4 slices of thick, perfectly cooked bacon which we agreed was generous. There was plenty of gravy with my dish and the hash browns were perfectly crispy. It was just exactly how chicken fried steak should be deep fried, fatty deliciousness! The portions were large enough to keep the both of us filled for our entire 6 hour trip home. I would definitely recommend Debbie Sue 's, and will happily return when given the chance! One more thing Debbie Sue 's is strictly 21 and over, even during breakfast hours! We did see the owner enforce the policy. Some may not favor this however I respect the owner 's decision to have a such a policy that 's followed through."

"Went here for a family birthday. We were told it was the nicest place in Prineville. That probably made it more of a let down. We asked for the larger family table and we're told no, in case a larger group came in. No other group came in. And we were seated in front of the door... every one in the place had their jackets on. Including me I froze the whole time. I would prefer to be warm enough to take it off while I eat a meal. Service was really slow, and not what I consider top of the line, especially for a half empty restaurant. We went on a Wednesday at about 6:30. Food was ok. I was a little surprised the stuffed mushrooms were like mushroom nachos with cheddar cheese, couldn't even find the mushrooms under the pile of Mexican grated cheese. .. not really gourmet, all I tasted was the cheese. The presentation was also odd, the potato could be taken out of the foil, garnished a bit. So for the price tag of 240 bucks to feed a family of 4... I don't know if I would go again. I don't mind spending 240 but I want the service and the environment to match the bill. Also, even a Shirley temple for the birthday boy would have been nice. Maybe a scoop of ice cream? Top notch service and experience is what people return for."

"I called, I live 17 minutes away. We came to the restaurant, sent my friend in and they had no memory of even getting my order. You don't have what I wanted, but I told him to order the two Enchiladas. He waited for dinner for ten 15 minutes, but we got it. Long story short, I grew up in a very poor Mexican household. We didn't waste any food and we would eat food that was questionable edible. Anyway, the beans they serve are already spoiled. I know this taste, at any time the beans taste bitter because they are spoiled. I noticed that they add salt to cover the taste. Not happy with the service, I know that this is not authentic Mexican food, but I cannot believe that they serve people spoiled beans."

"Service was awesome here the servers were so kind and the food was awesome. Stopped here on the way out of Oregon and had the tastiest breakfast burrito. The hashbrowns were crispy and the coffee was delicious. My kids got the waffles and apple pancakes and everything looked and tasted so good. The portions are pretty big. I would for sure be stopping here again. Thanks such for the awesome food."
