"Having grown up in Winston-Salem, Staley's was a well-known name, with their last location closing in 2003 on Reynolda Road. Before opening in Winston-Salem, the Staley brothers operated a café in Roaring River. Today, the special at Ed's Café was a tasty Country-style steak with mashed potatoes, pinto beans, and cornbread, all served flawlessly.
