"My parents visited Graz and followed the recommendation for this restaurant from the official Graz Tourism guide. What a mistake, this visit was disappointing. Worst experience ever. I had booked a table by phone on Thursday and when we came with my family on Saturday they told us they have no booking on my name. Spoiled evening and birthday.
