"We found the setting quite nice, and the service excellent, but the fare fell short. I ordered the swordfish, and my wife the filet mignon. Both were nice servings, and well decorated plates. It was in flavor where they fell short. With so many fine dining options available, one should strive for flavor. Do not simply prepare the food. Flavor it."

the quality of eating was good and the service was good. I don't care how eating was shed. the steak was placed on the kartoffels that have soaked the potato with blood from the steak. the quality of eating should come first before a beautiful plate
