"I have been to other Firebirds locations frequently in the past however this was our first time at this location. The restaurant is located in a shopping plaza with multiple other businesses. I found parking in the area but had to walk a little. I made reservations prior to dinner and we were seated when we arrived. Our server was nice and brought us complimentary bread and the drinks that we ordered. For my dinner I ordered the salmon and got mashed potatoes and asparagus with it. The potatoes were good but the portion size did not match the amount of salmon that was provided. The salmon was too salty and the deviled eggs were not good. Firebirds is a excellent choice for a meal. I visited for a late brunch and enjoyed the variety their menu brings. They have creative cocktails and so many dishes to choose from. The service was excellent from staff. When we arrived we were offered the opportunity to choose from the brunch or dinner menu. I adored the neat, creative clean presentation of our food and cocktails. I ordered the Seasonal craft cocktail Fuego Mojitarita with a jalapeño garnish. It was very flavorful and garnished well.
