"Waitress was neglectful. She even stated she knew she was being neglectful and apologized for forgetting us so many times. We were there for 1 1/2 hours. Water refilled 1 with empty glass for 20 minutes. From the time we finished dinner and requested our check, it took 45 minutes. No one in the restaurant knew what open table was. Terrible experience with service but the food was good."

Not sure the wait staff know what Open Table is. They always look confused when we say we used the program to make a reservation. Waited so long this time for a waiter to come to our table that we left without ordering anything.
