It ensures that you have an excellent culinary experience. Then there is Katrina the best bartender and my favorite server is Dren, he?s so sweet and friendly! I give them a 5 star. Absolutely delicious, manhattan dining room on the island. I learned that it is a family business, and everyone we met was so friendly and accommodating from the beginning to the end. The drinks were particularly brilliant; we ordered a Holunder-Tom Collins and Lychee martini. We will definitely come back!

I visited George White on a date night and must say one of the best restaurants I visited on Long Island! Manhattan quality food away from the crowds and effort to get to the city! Our waiter Dren was very accommodating and very knowledgeable on the menu, recommend some amazing dishes! I will definitely visit George White again in the future!!

First time eating here for restaurant week. The service was excellent, great atmosphere and good food. We had the regular and short ribs, muscles, carrot cake and cannoli for desert. The food was prepared well however it was missing the wow factor. Nothing overly flavorful or seasoned. I was a bit disappointed but all and all a good dinner and experience.
