"We decided to give Havana Jack's another chance, despite consistently poor service. It seems like there is a lack of communication, resulting in long wait times and subpar food. Once again, we waited for a long time without seeing our server for drink refills. I had made a reservation for eight people on OpenTable a week in advance, but when we arrived, the hostess claimed the reservation had been cancelled, which was not true. Eventually, she found us a table. Our meals arrived late and at different times, showing a lack of care for service. Many of our friends have complained about similar experiences. We have decided not to return to Havana Jack's for dinner."

The restaurant appears to be a bit old and worn. The food was tasty, the service was good, but the entertainment was quite disappointing. The singer's performance was particularly bad, reminding me of sitting through a painful dental procedure as they sang "Sailing" by Christopher Cross.

This was our first meal at Havana Jacks and the location was fantastic - we sat outside right next to the ocean. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The prices of the food and wine were reasonable. We will definitely be returning, probably every couple of months. Our only small issue was that we were in the mood for "fine dining" and the higher-end meals we chose didn't quite meet our expectations. However, we look forward to trying the pub food and drinks on our next visit.
