"We are new to the Reno area and are exploring breakfast places. Hometown Cafe came up in a Google search and decided to try it out. Located in North Reno on Lemmon Drive, it isn 't hard to find. It is just a bit out of the way. The interior is a bit dated but clean. It has a old time vibe. The staff is right on the spot bussing tables and the service staff is efficient in drink and food orders. The menu is quite extensive. All of the classics are present plus a bunch of south-of-the- border selections. The wife choose a California omelet which is a spinach, bacon, mushroom and cheese creation. Well priced food with great options and a friendly vibe tied to it. Serves breakfast all day from 7-2pm and has good beverages to chose from. Everything about this place screams family dinner with plates being below $15 while loaded with food. 100% recommend anyone to come here alone or family.

Stopped here on our way out of town headed back to Oregon and WOW! Amazing food, great service and quick too! I had the chicken fried steak and eggs and husband had the California Omlet and it was definitely delicious! Highly recommend if you're in the area! One of the best meals we had on our trip
