Absolutely delicious food and wonderful service. We came for a romantic dinner and our experience was immaculate. I loved the house-made focaccia and the sirloin was cooked to perfection. The waiter made helpful suggestions and was so personable. I feel terrible that I forgot his name. We were visiting from out of town but I will definitely return when I am back in the area. Really excited to have Bison burgers and have to say we were left a little disappointed. The meat did not have that real game Bison taste we love and the bun was a bit stale. Nothing rave-able about it sadly. All in all, the Five Guys Burger we had the day before was better. The duck fat fries were just okay. Asparagus side was really good and worth ordering. Food was good, service wasn’t. Our server disappeared for extended periods of time while we watched the tables around us enjoying what looked like very good service, so that was disappointing. She left us to review the 5-6 items on the dessert menu for at least 20 minutes. By the time she returned we no longer wanted to wait for her to return with the dessert, so we asked for the check. My husband did ask her where she went and she said “I have tables downstairs too.” Vegetarian options: I only noticed one vegetarian entree of cauliflower steak on the menu.
