We had the beef carpaccio, ground beef rolled in betel leaf, roasted berkshire pork meatball, seared scallops and the lemongrass steak eggs. This was plenty of food for 4 people. God, what an amazing dinner we had. The 7 beef tasting menu is nothing short of sensational. The staff is very friendly, the price of 60 USD is fair, and the food just on point. They play with a lot of different flavors, textures and cuts of meat. Only thing to improve would be a clean toilet. We had reservations as 1730, so right at the opening, but the bathrooms were not cleaned and actually disgusting.

Incredible experience at Madame Vo BBQ! If you love Korean bbq then you will become obsessed with Vietnamese. We did the beef 7 ways which was fantastic. The 30 day dry aged rib eye was the star (no surprise) but the meatballs short rib courses were also standouts. Thoroughly enjoyed the special, Ox tail fried rice (I’d recommend putting it on the full time menu) and the bone marrow appetizer was outstanding as well. Come with a group, sit back and enjoy all that Chef Jimmy his team has in store. You won’t regret it.
