"Incredible atmosphere and food. We went to Morton's last night. We had the bone in Ribeye, the Waygu, the fillet mignon, oysters, baked potatoes and lobster mash potatoes. Dessert with the house specialty lava cake. The bone in Ribeye was perfect. We had blue cheese on it. It's done perfectly to exact temperature asked. Fillet mignon was perfect as well. Waygu a la Oscar Rare.... Not great. It came medium, yet the foie gras rare to the point it's not edible. Though I asked them cook it once more, still not edible.
