"When we arrived it looked closed. Is 9 to early for breakfast? By 930 there were 5 more tables of people. The waiter was very good at his job. The drinks were great. The food was cooked perfectly. Yes, chicken fried steak was very good! They really need to clean up around the seating. The back of the chairs are caked with nastiness. That is all I have to say bad though. We will go back as we enjoyed the breakfast very much!"

Always had good service and food at neighbors but tonight was different, waited 45 minutes and got drinks but nothing else ended up walking out without eating

The old Neighbors was good; your typical neighborhood diner with decent food and drinks, and excellent service. The new Neighbors has been consistently disappointing. The food was okay, but not as good as the previous ownership. The service went downhill the most. I've heard they're closing, and I'm not surprised.
