"I was going to bite my tongue and keep this to myself, but I’ve decided against that. I came here Sunday evening for dinner and was immediately turned off by a complete lack of kind service. The hostess that seated us didn’t even give a smile or anything. No worries there, it happens. Maybe it’s just an off day. Then, we sit at our table for just about 15 minutes and get no help. Not any help, no check in from any staff, not even a “we’ll be with you shortly”. NOTHING. At this point I just want some food and would rather go somewhere a bit faster. Great place! Service was fast and food was good. Amazing fish chips. They even had a popcorn snack instead of traditional bread, very interesting. Service was swift. FYI though, some of the tables are a little small.

We ordered the nachos that we have ordered many times before. We always said it was the most consistent in town. Imagine our surprise when the recipe for the nachos was completely different and not in a good way. The former cheese, chicken, lettuce, tomato and (maybe) onions with sour cream and salsa on the side was now chicken, salsa, black beans, fried bean purée, a slight amount of cheese and green onions with sour cream on the side. Was told it has been like this for at least a year. Ummm, no. We had the original recipe a few months ago. Very disappointing. Will not order again.

Our service was awful, my mon didn 't get her food with ours, we reminded the waiter of her order, he never returned with it, by the time he walked back by for us to ask where her food was we were all done eating. He went and got her food but what he brought out wasn 't right, before he even sat her food down he said he was getting her a box to take it home, never gave her the option to eat at their restaurant. we told him it was wrong, he snatched it from her and cane back with our check stating he took her food off....well duh she didn 't get ro eat and you never sent a manager over to make the situation right. we hadn 't been there in 20 yrs and now I know why. we won 't be returning.
