"We had the best dinner here tonight! Although it was busy, everyone was polite and wait times were reasonable. We were sat in a timely manner and taken care of immediately. The service was the best I have ever had at Outback. I noticed the manager, John, passed our table several times making sure we were taken care of, as well as the other guests. I was very impressed that he was helping his servers out in any way he could to make the night run as best as possible. The best management, the best service, the best food! Our steaks were wonderful. Would highly recommend and we will be back! If every Outback had a manager as engaged as John at the Baton Rouge location, they would all run this s...

We had Vee as our server she was perfect. Very nice and polite. Ask for her if you come in. The food was great and the service was even better.

On Friday night for dinner and sitting at the bar. Danielle took care of my wife and I by taking the needs forward, giving great discussions and great recommendations. She was attentive, but not overlaid. We traded restaurant stories and made our outback experience great. Thank you Danielle! Keep the big work

"I have finally eaten at all of the fancy steak places I know of. Ruth’s, Sullivans, Buddys (Hammond , Flemings. Ruth’s was slightly more expensive than Flemings, but not by much. I ordered the ribeye at all of them for scientific research purposes. Food wise, Ruth’s has the best steaks, Flemings the best sides, and Buddy’s the best overall (it is by far the cheapest . The table bread was awesome. Steaks were cooked 100% perfectly, which is hard to get because medium means something different everywhere you go. I ordered the ribeye and my girl ordered the New York strip. The ribeye was better than the other three places ribeyes. My girl didn’t care for the New York strip, she said it was very salty. I didn’t notice, but the ribeye was definitely better. The salads were great. I ordered the chopped and my girl the Caesar. Both were great, and the chopped presentation was very unique. The sides were pretty disappointing. We ordered mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and broiled tomato. The tomato must have had sugar on it, it tasted like ketchup. The creamed spinach was bland, and the mashed potatoes tasted homemade (which is good for $3 side, but for a fancy steak place at $10 it needs to be otherworldly . Gave my girl a cheesecake since we were celebrating her birthday. Probably the best cheesecake we have had. Overall a fantastic experience. Our waitress Diamond was excellent and friendly. The water glasses did not get less than half full (or empty? . Bathrooms were immaculate."
