"I had customers attending our dinner at Ox Grill and I was embarrassed that I brought them there. The service was slow, not attentive, and just overall poor. Our food took forever and once it was delivered, one of the steaks we received was cold. The person complained, so the waiter took it back to the kitchen and then they brought it back out. Same steak, assuming it was micro waved. I took several customers out the next evening to Charlie's Steak House and everything was wonderful. The cost of the food at Ox Grill was very expensive and for sure we did not get our money's worth. I normally never complain, but this was bad."

Staff was very confused and didn't get many things right. Our waiter was stressed out and not service minded. Harsh discussions between the staff is nothing you want to se as customer.

the service was incredibly slow at the beginning, but it has improved. eating was good, but some of our steaks were cold. the restaurant was less than half full, so I don't understand the cold eating or the slow service.
