"First time at Penny Lane. Appetizers were good, had calamari and coconut shrimp . When I looked on line it said prime rib Fridays and Saturdays. Not anymore, no prime rib to be had so I had the fish n chips. My mates had the salmon with a salad and the salmon cake sandwich. All of our entrees were good. Service was so-so. Seems like most places are lacking in the service category these days. "

Food was wonderful as always. I do wish they had a more varied cocktail selection. They no longer carry Captain Morgan and I cannot get anything even as simple as a rum and coke. Their substitute for it is awful.

We haven’t been here in at least 4 years. Now I remember why. Dark, no atmosphere, mediocre food! Just ok service. The scallop special was not great, scallops were good the fixings were odd and not good, kale, corn and chewy mushrooms. Overcooked onion rings, bland chowder, club sandwich not toasted.
