"This was so bad I would give it a 0, but I can't so I give it a 1 star. The food was not what we ordered, the meat looked gross, it was cold, and there was nothing on the food besides the meat itself. VERY disappointed."

The order was wrong. We order two burgers but got one burger and one chicken sandwich. my burger is over cooked on the outside and undercooked in the inside. I'm disappointed

Didn't look anything like picture. Frozen patty, weird flavor and turkey bacon. Worst burger I ever ate. Fries were nothing more than store bought fries with no seasoning at all. Will never order a Phat Burger again.
