"We went to Da Salvi for dinner while staying in Grindelwald and I must say I was very disappointed by both the food and the service. We made a reservation and were seated promptly upon arrival. While I recognize that we spoke English, the server made no attempt to try to communicate with us and just showed up and demanded our order. We asked about tap water but were forced to pay for a bottle even though every table around us had tap water. Our order consisted of a starter and a meal for each of us but they brought everything out together even though we asked for the starter to come first. The food also came out insanely fast which normally would be a good thing but it was almost too fast....

We were promised the best pizza in Switzerland, so our expectations were very high. I cannot say it was the best food that I ever ate, but price quality ratio is very correct. What stands out was the exceptional quality of service, the friendliest staff ever! Highly recommended.
