"We were on our way to a performance at the Winspear Opera House. We were running late that evening and desperately needed a restaurant that was close by. For previous performances I always book our favorite restaurants for dinner before the performance. Took 50 minutes to get our food. We got there 1.5 hours before a show at the Winspear, and we couldn't enjoy our meal because of how slow the service was and we almost missed our show. Completely unacceptable.
