"Girlfriend and I are new to the area and were looking for a nicer establishment to celebrate our 3-year anniversary. We heard good things about the food and were aware that things were a bit more pricey heading in. We started with wine for the miss and whiskey for myself. Our waiter spent 2-3 minutes looking at our ID’s, and then came back several minutes later to re-examine our ID’s. We are both 26 and, even if we were underage and trying to purchase alcohol illegally, I can assure you I wouldn’t be ordering a $16 glass of whiskey from a seafood restaurant with a fake ID.
