"I stumbled across this restaurant as I was leaving a fast food restaurant. Decided to try it the next day as they offered .80 oysters during happy hour from 4-6pm everyday. Parking was a bit scarce but nevertheless after driving around finally secured a parking spot. I sat at the bar as a I was dining solo. The bartender was very pleasant and attended to my needs accordingly. The food came out fairly quickly. I love oysters and ordered both raw and steamed. They were delicious! Decided to try the hot crab dip as I overheard someone mention it was good. The presentation was cute but sadly I wasn't too impressed with it as it seemed rather dry and I was expecting more cheesy type wet dip. I w...

A wonderful selection of seafood and other menu items. We had fried, chilled and grilled items..all perfectly prepared and delicious. Our server/bartender did a fantastic job even though the place was hopping. June 12, 2022--3:00 PM

Great place! Great decor. We had great service from our waiter Xavier! Tried all 4 happy hour appetizers! Loved the oysters. Really liked the breading on the fried shrimp! We each tried a different dinner and they were all great! Great portions too! We will definitely go back to try more of the dinners, appetizers and oysters selections!

Rockefellers has been our must in Myrtle Beach for years! The Chumbo is a favorite blend of the Clam Chowder and the Gumbo. A bowl is a very generous portion and enough to share with a few people. We really enjoyed the Calamari. For dinner we had the golfers special angel hair pasta with shrimps, mussels and scallops. We also share this and they brought it out in two bowls for us! It is a small place so it can wait a bit, especially for happy hour, but it is worth it! Can't recommend enough!

"This place is open all-night, unlike most all of the other breakfast joints that open at 6am and close at 2pm. When we arrived at 4am, Sat night/Sun morning, the entire restaurant was empty, except for a table of police officers taking a coffee break. Normally, an empty restaurant is taken by me as a sign to avoid the place, but at 4am, the choices were few. The décor is very nice, clean, typical of other such venues in the area. We both ordered steak & eggs. I also had biscuits and gravy on the side. The food was decent/average … except for the steak which we both thought was a tasteless sub-par cut of meat. Prices were fair, in line with other such venues are asking. Service was attentive, but being the only diners in the whole restaurant, it's not really a good measure of what to expect during normal hours. In the middle of the night, yes I would return, but I wouldn't order the steak again. During the morning hours, I would choose Southern Sunrise Pancake House instead. NOTE: Apparently the original Plantation Pancake House moved to 1003 Highway 17 North, Surfside Beach. This location, at 2001 Highway 17 North, North Myrtle Beach, is just across the street from Dino's House of Pancakes. My credit card receipt actually READS Dino's House of Pancakes, so I am guessing that Dino's bought this location when Plantation moved up the road."
