"Online it says they open at 11am. I placed a carry out order at 11:15. They took my order and my money. I showed up to Roma at 11:45 to pick up my order, and they were closed. I checked their website, and website says they open at 12. I waited in the parking lot till 12 and called them 3 times. No answer. I drove home and called again at 12:30 and still no answer!!!! Somehow payment has already been taken from my card but nobody is there. Now what??? I hope this will get resolved and my money will be returned!"

Food is really good. But I would recommend thawing out the Tiramisu. I know it comes in frozen, we used the same brand at a restaurant I used to work at, but is much better properly thawed out. Just a suggestion. Other than that pizza and wings were ??????

Very disappointed. Husband ordered the pizza tonight for dinner and we could barely bite it. OVER COOKED. it was so over cooked and barely had any pizza sauce under the cheeze on it. It was our 1st time ordering at this location and now its our last. Have to order from a different pizza restaurant.
