"I’ve been going to Roxy bar for years when it was known as the TriBeCa grand. I’ve hosted and had many events here from my own engagement party to countless birthday celebrations and even Sunday jazz brunch. Needless to say I come here a lot. This is why I feel compelled to let you know how disappointing it is for me to write this. The service has really gone down hill. We were a party of 6 for cocktails and food. I made a special request for a couch area and even though the place was empty we were denied that spot. Fine. Second our waitress not only was not attentive but she left 1/2 way through out meal without even checking on us. The gentleman who took her place was apologetic but again...

We had a wonderful dinner. I had the bar steak which was absolutely delicious, so well seasoned and juicy! I’ve had steaks in many fine restaurants and this was right up there with the best. You can’t beat the piano , ambiance and the decor. Truly a fun and delicious experience.
