"Being that I am originally from San Diego and went to SDSU, I am very fond of Rubio?s. Of course the menu has expanded and the food has changed a little since then as the company grew and started franchising, but overall the food is still very good. My favorite has always been the fish taco especial which is what I typically order. Having eaten at several locations across the Phoenix area since moving here 6 years ago, this is my favorite location. They provide decent portions, the food is cooked properly and the service is good. Not impressed, Really! First visit to this place.... the person taking my order wasn't very helpful, the shrimp is tiny and very small portion for 12 includes tax. It's ok, but not for the A bag of maybe 10 chips is 1.79, that's more than a small bag of chips at the convenience store, .99! And you get more than 10 chips in those bags! Can't recommend. Good location though, plenty of shops and restaurants in the same spot with plenty of parking.

My office orders from here at least a couple times a month and it's always delicious. We get the build your own tacos/bowls. Everything tastes fresh and the packaging is top notch. The tortillas never get dried out and the way they separate each ingredient is what makes this 5 star worthy. When you're feeding a large office, you appreciate this because we're spending a lot of money and no one eats at the same time. Now... hear me out....the cookies are to die for! The almost 400 calorie cookie is worth every single, sinful bite. The contrast of textures and flavors of the salty pretzel bites with the butter and chocolate? Absolute ???? Don't change a thing!
