Absolutely fantastic experience at Sahara! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the perfect backdrop for a delightful meal. I decided to go here as it was the highly rated Indian restaurant in Kansas City as per reviews. Our Experience : I wouldn't say the food is bad but its average below average. We tried Chilli Panneer here and wouldn't recommend anyone to try. It was more of Sriracha on top of Paneer and Bell Peppers and it didn't taste well. Theri lentil soup tasted like Dal fry without garnishing and was average. Malai Kofta was again average , their Naans were soft and good to have . Finally their Mango Kulfi was a disappointment as we were expecting the real Indian Punjabi Kulfi : The service was pretty good though and we were attended to with proper care and served on time
