"My husband and I went here on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint! Not only was it a beautiful location and view but the food was delicious!!! Then owners of the restaurant where so sweet and took the time to talk to us and give us recommendations as to what to see and do while we where in Maine. We would definitely recommend this place to eat ! Thank y’all so much for such a great experience and great food !"

Absolutely one of the best meals I have ever had. Steak done perfectly, garlic mashed scumsous. Can't believe only 4.2 stars. Things must have changed. 5 stars all day long.

Make sure you make a reservation. The Salt Box is our most favorite restaurant in Maine. Make sure you order the fries with lemon sauce. All the plates were delicious, I especially loved the lobster Risoto. Also the Prime strip steak was cooked to perfection. Our waitress was very professional and friendly.

We were blown away by the views, atmosphere and overall peacefulness of the location. The reservation only style was amazing enough parking and social distancing. The menu was somewhat limited but did have ultra high quality ingredients and craftsmanship. Overall a true New Englander dinner experience priceless
