"I love there ice cream but their employees are horrible. I ordered and paid for two pints of seasonal ice cream. Drove out there to get it. Took forever to find parking. Ended up having to double park. Ran it and got the ice cream and they substituted another flavor for it without telling me. Find out when I opened it later that night for guests who were looking forward to trying that flavor. The employees are either rude or incompetent! This happened when I used DoorDash and I assumed the just replaced it and did not how to contact me but this happened when I literally went it. Such a great spot! Would definitely recommend the cinnamon snickerdoodle flavor. Friendly staff and the stores always smell so good!

Recommendations? Lavender !! Kid- Friendly? 100% so many fun flavors to try. Parking? Surprisingly, there’s a free parking lot right behind the ice cream shop. Probably has about 40-50 spaces. Accesibility? Yes! The counters are high up . But the entrance is ADA accessible. Would I return? Have before, I will again!
